Heavy Sleep

Do u think sometimes about music what make u sleep?
It is funny, but i like sleep while listening music, but not slow, melodical music like lullaby, but heavy metal or hard rock (hardcore may be too) ;)...and i dunno why! Its little odd , isnt it? However, can u reccomend me some hard stuff :D?

..i want sleep well.. so pls answer!!! and of course tell me what stuff make u sleep :aww:
